All original negatives and the right to use them for advertising purposes remain the property of Dale Butalla & Butalla Photography. Butalla Photography is not liable for mechanical failures or other conditions beyond its control.

All travel expenses will be paid by the client, this includes Mileage (.35 per mile), Air, Lodging, and Meals. Permit and parking fees will also be paid by the client. Mileage will not be charged for distances under 60 miles one-way. If total roundtrip mileage is over 250 miles, hotel accommodations for two nights and airfare may apply.
